My experience at this hotel was overall great. The room was exceptional and very clean. It was obvious that this hotel had been been completely renovated and updated to satisfy guest in regards to today's standards. I was also impressed with the aroma therapy products by Templespa that were placed by the bed for relaxation. The lotions and spray smelled wonderful, which gave me the feeling that I was at a spa. :).
所有评语 » Everything! Easy entrance. Clean, Great decor and upscale for cost. Friendly staff. Nice pool easy access to great attached Sports bar and pub. Food good and priced in middle. Wrote you up in Around Me App for place to stary. Any time I end up in Boston Area I will stay at the Woburn Crowne Plaza. The little reading lights on the beds. The color scheme was very nice. Large enough and well organized. Tv was great and wi-fi was appreciated. There were enough convenient charging outlets. Folded towels made us feel very welcome. Comfortable beds and the room was a nice temperature. had gone there so the kids could swim and have fun. When we saw that the pool was broken we asked for a refund. The girls at the desk were great!!!!! Not only did we get our money back but they called around to find us a new room at a hotel with a working pool!!!. very comfortable and brand new room..with small fridge. sports bar in the hotel and very good breakfast for 10.00$ much more than the usual continental breakfast...very close to the 95 highway... around 10-15 minutes from downtown boston. The Hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were helpful. The Sports bar was great for food and they had live music on in the evening which was great. The rooms were clean The breakfast buffet was fairly priced and very nice...staff was awesome. Fresh fruit was a treat! (not canned). Very impressed with all aspects of the jotel..from the staff to the room design, comfort and facilities. Highly recommend. Very clean, beautiful and luxurious rooms and excellent prices. It a nice hotel with nice facilities. great overall. friendly staff. There were just a couple of minor things that I didn't like at this hotel...the abrupt front desk attendant, the broken phone in my room, and the fact that I received a wake-up call at 6:30am, when I had requested one at 5:30am. zero. Tea tasted like coffee. The aromatherapy products were not very pleasant. The breakfast was expensive and the food offered wasn't a good value and it didn't look particularly appetizing. The rug in the room was a ugly pattern - gave me the creeps. Our room overlooked the pool and I hoped no one could see in our room - there wasn't a black-out shade. The alarm didn't have instructions and went off at 4:30 A.M. and couldn't get it to stop going off even though we didn't set it. The pool was closed because it had been vandalized. no safe in the room. The location was a bit isolated which we didn't realise. We only stayed 1 night so it wasn't a big deal. The staff at breakfast seemed very rushed and weren't all that helpful. The sheets were not soft...almost bleached too much, maybe?. The walls were so thin that when the person in the room next to us let their room door slam it shook our headboard and bed! Also, while in the bathroom I could hear the person in the bathroom in the next room blow their nose. Walls too thin!!. The fan in the bathroom runs at all time, this was annoying. I wasn't told about the free breakfast at check-in, the room service person told me when he delivered my dinner. No refrigerator. N/a. noisy bed sheets! Too crinkly!. 1. The accommodations came with "free" breakfast, but I had to pay for it. 2. I went to the desk to exchange my remote because it didn't work on my Tv, and they said they would be up with a new one in a moment, but he didn't. 3. the bar closes at 12:30?. The Scoreboard Bar and Grill, located inside the hotel, was a bit disappointing. Food was ok, but not consistent. I ordered the same breakfast 3 days in a row...it was made different every day and price changed daily as well. If you stay more days, the breakfast will be is too monotonous. The cleaning staff could not speak english very well or at all, and did not know the hotel set up. They had me chasing all around just for an ice machine. One person told me it was on the 2nd floor a person on the 2nd floor told me it was on the first I finally went to the front desk and they told me it was on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floors by the room 25's. Wished the room had a refrigerator and microwave. That I couldn't stay longer. Sheets looked stained with footprints or something, but it was too late at night to bother and we were leaving in a few hours anyway. no refridge/microwave. Logan-Woburn no free shuttle. Nothing. Noisy, restaurant patrons scream more of a frat place than a restful place. As usual, they had a party at the restaurant and intoxicated guests were being very noisy in the adjacent rooms... never going back, need my sleep. The receptionist did not have my reservation ready when I got there. The room/bed I requested was not what I got(I got two queen beeds instead of 1 king) and I was not told until I got to the room, then I have to call the front desk and the excuse I got was less that satisfactory. bed sheets poor quality, rough , needed softner. Nor refridgerator in room or safe as implied on web site., Poor work out facility with limited equipment of which 3 items were out of order.Pool was very cold.
