The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts that were offered were excellent with a lot of variety.
The beds were soft and cozy. The room was roomy and furniture fit the area without the feeling of the room being overstuffed and awkward to maneuver around.
I had a non-smoking room and it did not smell of smoke like some other places

The manager, Farrah found a Ford dealership for us when our alternator went out and we had to make a connection to the WSFerries. She went above and beyond to assist us when we were exhausted after a 12 hr. drive. A great rep for Holiday Inn's Express!
