  There is nothing to dislike about this place. From the moment we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. We got into to town earlier than expected and asked if we could go ahead and check-in. They got our room ready fast and allowed us to check-in 4 hours early. We utilized the shuttle a few times to go to dinner and a local attraction because... 别人怎么说 » we didn't want to drive in the snow storm. The longest we waited for that was about 5 minutes. The lobby is beautifully decorated & very inviting. There are a variety of books to read in the lobby and in the small sitting area upstairs.   My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice place to stay our first time in steamboat. Not only is it in a nice location, right at the end of downtown, but it has a nice appearance on the outside. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The facility is nothing luxurious, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice flat screen TV. The hot tub in an enclosed room with large glass windows and a changing area. The location is incredibly convenient, close to restaurants and with a bus stop for the free shuttle right across the street. The free breakfast also had a great selection.
