This was THE most amazing customer service we have ever experienced . The staff can not do enough to help . Ken , Ann & Omar were amazing . We got upgraded to a suite on arrival and they really have thought of everything. The rooms were lovley , very clean and comfortable with bottled water and luxury bath robes . we received fresh cookies at bedtime and the wine tasting & nibbles each evening were fantastic . The one night we couldn't make the get together we were offered a bottle in.
所有评语 » What a wonderful welcome we received here - a breath of fresh air after the feeling of being on a cash conveyor belt in Las Vegas. I cannot say enough nice things about this place. So friendly and Wayne is incredibly knowledgable about where to go etc in and around the city. Wine & cheese each evening was a delightful social event which gave us the chance to chat with fellow guests. The location was brilliant too. Best service ever. Staff anticipated our needs and were incredibly friendly and helpful. Wine and cheese every night, and sometimes there were cookies in the common areas. Great breakfast too, with high quality baked goods, very yummy. Can't say enough good things about this place. Loved it. Best hotel experience ever. The complimentary drinks and nibbles for happy hour each evening when you can get to meet other guests in a tiny but quaint dining room on two floors of the inn. The location right next to Union Square is outstanding. The staff were really helpful and so keen to make our stay a wonderful experience. Excellent hospitality! Kind staff, out of the way kindness to make your stay comfortable! Wonderful breakfast bar, warm cookies and wine at night- Worth every penny!! The Inn at Union Square is an excellent boutique hotel in the heart of San Francisco. The simple breakfast and evening wine tasting are a nice touch. The carpet in the room seemed a little stained and wornout. Some general upgrading of the hotel rooms would be good. The air conditioning or ventilation equipment out side our window created an annoying continuous background noise. I should have mentioned it earlier as Ann would have been happy to move us. The building is very odd, with awkward windows most of which don't have any sort of view. No airconditioning although this was not a problem as it was cold during my stay - although the rooms do have ceiling fans that work well. Nothing to speak of. I did wonder if the room would be too warm in the summer with no air conditioning. Only problem was apparently not the hotel's fault. I asked for a room with a lot of natural light and the front desk said they never got this message from letsbookhotel.com. As a consequence we faced a solid brick wall. Small bathrooms, but then again it's in an historic building. Windows opened to a small space between two buildings. Pretty, but small breakfast rooms (2) with only one table each. Not a thing. Small place for breakfest. No air conditioning is a deal-breaker for me. Ceiling fan allowed for a tolerable temperature, but not comfortable for someone that tends hot like myself. It is starting to show wear with chipping paint, stained grout in the bathroom, and sagging furniture. Hotel has small area for breakfast,same area used for cheese & wine happy hour, in each floor. Space is small,enough for a table with four chairs, and a bench. Sometimes guests to have to take wine standing . And I had to take breakfast standing. Really, not a thing was wrong. Air con in the room would have been nice. Uninspiring view from our room, breakfast was only adequate. absolutely nothing - it was great. Breakfast selection was poor Wine and cheese didn't go for long Expensive. Nothing. The rooms are slightly small for the price. quite small slowish lift. A bit hot on the top floor with no air con. No aircondtioning. Very small rooms. No water for a while on Day 2 Nobody manned the front desk most of the time. This was irritating as I was staying on the 6th (top) floor for 3 days. There was no space to have breakfast so I went out every day.
