our stay was excellent! we were a young couple traveling on a budget. we had no complaints and we felt we got our money's worth. the manager was so nice!! we read in another review that the room was noisy, but it was understandable because the hotel is located on a cable car route. the noise was manageable and fine to sleep with. everything from the room, bathroom, location, bed, service, price, safety, to the staff was better than most places we stayed for that price. will stay here next time!!.
所有评语 » I liked the price, the location worked well and was safe, albeit 'downhill' from Nob hill. My initial anxiety about the location disappeared quickly. My room was cozy, in the basement, and turned out to be very quiet. Bed comfortable, room clean. I had fresh air from a window on an inner courtyard, and even with the window open could hardly hear traffic. Hotel was fairly quiet, overall. Great location right with a California St cable car stop right in front of the hotel. Perfect size room for people who will not be in their room much, but still enjoy a homey feeling room. Very private, comfortable and accommodating. My wife and I loved our stay - it is in a very central spot - Erkan the Manager was most helpful in providing kind and helpful assistance - we will be recommending the cable court to all our friends!!!!. Great location and excellent value compared to any other nearby hotel/motel/hostel. Friendly staff and located in a safe area. Overall, I would definitely pick this hotel if you are on a budget. Erkan, the Manager is a very efficient and helpful person he has made my wife and myself feel very welcome the hotel is located in an excellent spot in San Francisco - we will be back!!. We liked that cable car has stop just in front of hotel Area is better and safer than others Room has extra storage for clothes and luggage Close so stores,restaurants,laundries. Location on the California Cable Car line very convenient. Also grocery and drug store one block away. Nice Location, very good quality/price ratio, easily accessible via MUNI, friendly people. Cheap Clean Comfortable. My boyfriend and a couple of friends stayed here and well enjoyed our stay here. Had no problems and we felt safe in the.area its located. We payed an unexpected $50 deposit but you get it back at the time of check out. It's nothing fancy but it's not "ghetto". We would stay.here again. I really appreciated the manager's attention and care. I was given a very luminous and comfortable room. He gave good advices. I loved the neighborhood. I would stay there again with pleasure, making sure my room is very clean. Great central location. Easy to get anywhere using the pubic transit options near by. Room was decently clean. Other tenants in building were friendly. Comfy bed, good shower, quiet,clean room, good location, supermarket just up road from hotel, co-operative staff, just what we needed. The hotel is clean. Nob hill is a good place which is safe and can reach many famous place by walking in 20 minutes. Close to grocery and self laundry facilities!. Clean Comfortable bed Hot shower. I was deeply disturbed by the way my fiancee and my ins and outs were closely monitored. The hotel "rules" are bizarre and made us feel like children. I would NOT recommend this place. I was next to the shared bathroom, and, strange as it seems, the loudest thing about it was the toilet paper dispenser, in the wall next to my bed! It is metal on metal, and I heard it every time it was used. There is also a slight smell to the place, that I take to be musty old wood and perhaps the heating system. The internet connection was very poor, it only worked in the main room in the lobby. The room also smelled musty which I suppose is to be expected when staying in buildings that are over 50 years old. They had a problem with alarm system,but they were workin on it to fix it Every second day came loud trash car around 5am.... No internet on the room. Facing California Street was very noisy--surprisingly not the cable cars so much as the buses and other traffic. Ask for a room facing away from the main street as it is much quieter. Cleaning only once a week. Walls are a bit thin. couple more pillows would have been nice. No internet Smell of smoke Staff was difficult to track down. Would have been nice if there was a heater in the room and beds were a bit squeaky. Although I was given as many towels as I wanted, they smelled of bleach but had dirty spots and hair on them. The carpet was not well vacuumed and there was still hair in the shower. The smell of the hallway is terrible. It was noisy during the day. The windows facing the court yard experienced noise from trash Shute and maintenance crew. No shelving in shared restroom for towels, clothes, or to place shampoo and body wash/soap. Front desk only open 8-5(we had an early check out 6:30) not very convenient. The fare is a bit high. So you pay for everything you deserve. No service at all and housekeeping only once a week. Extremely Expensive No overnight visitors Long term residents.
