  I absolutely loved this place. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The house is awesome and very clean. Great common room/tv room, free wifi throughout, two ipads in the lobby for free use as well; kitchen is nice too. Loved little touches like an outlet and shelf in every bunk. I think it took me like 15 minutes to walk - This hostel is absolutely amazing, and by far the best I've ever visited. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, with helpful staff. It's located in Little Italy, which is a brief 15 minute walk from downtown and the Gaslamp Quarter. It's clean and has a very home feeling to it. Every day the hostel offers activities, both daytime and evening. Breakfast and dinner is complimentary. I was very comfortable here, and sad to leave when my stay was over. Will definitely stay here next time I visit

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Our family members stayed at a more expensive place and had to pay extra for everything that was included here. Really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again.   It did not feel like we were in a hotel. The Villa felt like a very nice home. We were in the 3 bedroom right on the beach. The customer service was 2nd to none! Plan on returning and will only stay at Pantai Inn. I was trying to book a hotel close to our office but Comic-Con was opening and all the usual hotels were booked.
