  The rooms were great: nicely decorated, clean, nice view. The size of the room was perfect for me; but I only stayed for 2 days. I can imagine some people find them too small ( if you would have American standards). The location was in Little Italy; very nice area with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Great Cafe downstairs! Great View of downtown and a feeling like you are downtown, but not in the thick of it. Relatively quiet and easy access to all parts of San Diego. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will make this our home away from home whenever we travel to San Diego.

  I'd like to endorse what other travellers have said about this hotel, the staff are great, the rooms are nice and the cookies are fabulous. But for us the best thing about cci is its location pretty much in the middle of Orange. Come out of the hotel and turn right and you go toward the Hotel Del and lots of shops and places to eat (can recommend ... 别人怎么说 » the seared Tuna at Tent City and the crab stuffed giant prawns at Brigantine). Turn left and you end up at the ferry landing, again with shops and eat - We loved that they were pet friendly, but didn't charge a huge fee like most places do. They gave us a pet gift bag with treats and poop pickup bags for our dog along with a list of pet friendly places to eat in walking distance and doggy day camps in the area. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and recommending this hotel to our friends that have pets. Also we loved the gorgeous bathroom and shower!
