It is clear from the moment you step food in front of the hotel to the moment you check out that the staff at this Hotel love their jobs and really enjoy working with one another. The hotel is beautiful and impeccably designed to embrace the rich banking history that enchant the corridors and ceilings. I will stay here again!. Beautiful hotel, great architecture, very clean, friendly staff. I loved that they are environmentally conscious and gave rewards points for those who were willing to skip having the room made up each day with sheet/towel changes, and that they had a recycle basket in the room.
所有评语 » The room size, cleanliness and bathroom were excellent. The location is fair. We stayed at a hogh floor and was very quiet. The design of the hotel is very cool, with the bank safe and the reception very fency. Extremely friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Very service oriented hotel. Great food which was competitively priced. Just one block from cost effective garage parking. Hotel room was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds. Location of the hotel was great for walking to shops and restraunts. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel was the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. it had been wonderfully converted from an old bank building, preserving most of the historical details. I loved the location and views from the room. The decor highlighted the hotels history with a modern twist. All in all our stay was well worth the price. Beautiful lobby and marble floors in hallways. Nice rooms. Great staff! Great location near lots of restaurants in gas quarter. Good space (handicapped room). Got the room only after noticing a smoker had our originally assign quarters. Great location, a very helpful and professional staff, clean and comfortable spacious room. The reversed our parking fee of $36 but the hood ornament to my car was stolen... Hardly a fare trade. The parking is expensive, but I knew when I booked, so I can't complain. There was nothing that we didnt like . What I didn't like was the parking situation and fees. Parking was very expensive, and due to the area there were no other options than to use valet. Finding the hotel itself was quite confusing, as were the streets in the direct area. Bathroom door is a pocket door which was hard to slide, also did not provide a lot of privacy sound wise from the main room. The neighborhood was a bit rough. The parking mandated Valet services, at a premium price. Driving to the hotel in downtown San Diego was a bit confusing, with one-ways and rail transit. Nothing.. The room didnt have a fridge with snacks etc.. Nothing. the air condition noise.. room 722. Under construction. Room was lacking in normal amenities for that price room. Some of the furniture in my room and accessories (throw pillows) were dirty. the price. Noisy room with section door to next room. Tv in standard volume was already disturbing. Hotel was under renovation construction. This was not mentioned at time of booking. It was noisy and did not seem safe. The restaurant was closed and as a solo female traveler I often use the the hotel's restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
