The staff was very helpful. The hotel is kept very clean. We were offered a better room at the same cost when our original room was given to someone with special needs. It is a nice place to stay inexpensively. I would stay there again. The shuttle to the Mayo clinic also saved us money and headache. We enjoyed our stay, as I was going to Mayo Clinic. Staff was very helpful and made us feel we were wanted. Suggest you keep up the good work.
所有评语 » your staff was very friendly and efficient. the breakfast was fine the space to serve was small but it works. the price and the fairly decent access to Mayo clinic. Also, it was clean. Rooms were very clean, and I liked that there was new carpeting. everyone was warm and friendly and the rooms clean and nice. Water was hot, attendants were good. Staff. Ease to get to room. Clean. epretty much everything. It was clean and quiet. Location. Close to Mayo Clinic, the room was big enough, and free parking. Cheapest that I could find on line. It was cheap and clean. Nothing. It is outdated and could use a "facelift". The towels are very thin. There were stains on the furniture. You may in the future want to up date your room, don't take this wrong the rooms were very neat and clean the furnishing were dated but in great shape. side entrance door was not secure. my room could have been updated or repainted to conceal the wall patches. No pool and no complimentary breakfast. But these are both understandable for the price. I simply needed a room the night before a medical appointment. This hotel filled that need quite well. I would have liked to have access to a fitness room. Needs an elevator and "breakfast" selection including coffee was not appealing. not much variety in breakfast. The bed smell was very bad. Refrigator wasn't pluged in I paid 20 dollars more than if I had walked off the street for a room.small room. The hotel is old and kind of run down. The heater in our room was not very efficient. The beds lacked comfort. I stayed at the above location on 6/14. I booked the hotel thru Kayak. With all of the hotel chains in Rochester, I had the "good fortune" to chose yours. It was one of the most disgusting hotels that I have ever stayed in. The furnishings looked liked they were picked up at a "tag" sale. The bedspread was filthy and hadn't been washed in months. The area under the refrigerator had visible mold. In adddition, the security lock entering the building was broken, so outsiders could just walk in.
