  The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had no problems with my stay. - Excellent location. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly.
