  Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  Absolutely lovely view of Lake Superior from our room and Loved the wood fireplace so romantic. Restaurant on property was excellent! Wonderful service and view! We stayed in the studio unit and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lovely spot ~ - The view Ns natural sleep sounds were amazing. An experience we will never forget.

  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation.
