  We had a problem with the room and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was fixed. The breskfast was better then expected. - Arrived early and was able to check in. Also enjoyed managers happy hour and breakfast!

  Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

  Absolutely lovely view of Lake Superior from our room and Loved the wood fireplace so romantic. Restaurant on property was excellent! Wonderful service and view!
