  Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

  Absolutely lovely view of Lake Superior from our room and Loved the wood fireplace so romantic. Restaurant on property was excellent! Wonderful service and view! We stayed in the studio unit and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lovely spot ~ - The view Ns natural sleep sounds were amazing. An experience we will never forget.

  The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had no problems with my stay. - Excellent location.   First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly.   It was close to our relatives we came to visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful with choices. - the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
