  The hotel staff went above and beyond for us. While there, the May snowstorm went through and they scooped out my car as I had a spec needs child with me. They did their best to answer our questions on road reports and tried to make us as comfortable during a very stressful situation.   We were safisfied with our entire stay. We were able to relax when we weren't at dr. appointments.
