  I am so impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel!! The continental breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and all made fresh! Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great.   Traffic wasn't too busy; close to MOA which is why we chose to stay here. Stayed one night--very comfortable. Staff very accommondating--set us up to ride their shuttle van to and from MOA even though we signed out of our room; previous evening person ensured she communicated to next day staff regarding the van--no worries!   We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. The man behind the desk said it was 'Alex', so if this is him, I would like to give him many heartfelt thanks! - It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.

  We got to the hotel two hours before check-in time. The front desk was very gracious and had us in our room in minutes without any fuss or annoyance at an early arrival. We were very grateful. - Close to meetings and entertainment for family.

  I was impressed with how lage the room was for the price. It was bigger than some apartments i've lived in. Having a full featured kitchen and 3 tv's was nice too. Just a few minutes drive from Mall of America.
