Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Particular praise for the shuttle bus drivers who were fantastic ambassadors for the hotel. I would defnitely stay here again.
所有评语 » We arrived late yet the restaurant manager was so nice and waited on us and served us an amazing meal. Made our night after a long trip. Staff was very competent and friendly. Manager was on top of his work. Shuttle service was on time. On-site restaurant was good. Room was very nice, spacious. Restaurant had very good food and staff. staff was very helpful and friendly. Every thing was eexcellent. Near to the air port. Staff friendly. Quick pick up from JFK airport. Free shuttle bus. Clean, comfortable, friendly, airport transfer. the bed. Nothing. The shuttle bus driver was called by us yet a family of 4 with about 20 luggage pieces forced him to let them on the van and he pushed us to the back instead of them. We called and we were inside the van first. He actually should have told them to wait until he returned, we were squeezed up with all the luggage and them. Very rude. Heat/AC like all Marriott's is too noisy. Had to turn it off to sleep. nothing. Need a car to go to the downtown. I was invited by a church as a guest minister. They provided a card for payment. I was asked for my card for incidentials... somehow ALL the charges including room ended up on my card. The business office had no one in on Saturday... very frustrating. Now my staff has to make calls to the business office to see if we can correct the error of the person who checked me in or whoever chose to use my card for everything. Asked for 6am wake up call for early morning flight. The phone rang at 2am! AND didn't ring at 6am.Luckily the alarm on my phone worked but I was very tired from the 2am call. Desk staff said it was probably a call from another room but I don't think so.... Limited vegetarian options. Way too expensive for what it is!! We also stayed at London Heathrow airport hotel Sofitel and it was 100 times better, luxurious, 5* with extremely friendly and professional staff and still cheaper!! Felt truly ripped off by Courtyard and the hotel is outdated and very very small and not nice at all!.
