  We could say everything, the location was quiet, few places to eat at walking distance, the breakfast was not like a buffet on a big hotel, but the food was very good and it has choices for all tastes (enough choices in my opinion), the room was very nice, clean, comfy and quite big, the staff was at all times very kind and helpful (thing that is ... 别人怎么说 » not easy found), even the pool was nice, although we kind of felt like to out there but since the location is a quiet one, there was no problem at all - Hotel was an excellent price. Great location for shopping,golf,eating (breakfast was included) and beaches. In the middle of West Palm area and then south to Miami. Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay at The Hyatt Place/Plantation again.

  It only took us about 7 minutes to do the whole check in process. Our Front Desk clerk was so friendly, she immediately engaged me in a conversation about where I was from and informed me of the function they were having the next day for 4th of July. The bellman came quickly when we requested him and parking was great. It was a great stay, I have no comp - Our visit was awesome, the staff at Sheraton was wonderful. To be honest I was a little concerned about the hotel before we got there, but it was great. The room looked just like the picture that we saw on the internet. I have already recommended this site, letsbookhotel.com, to several of my friends that will be traveling this summer. I will definitely use in the future both letsbookhotel.com and Sheraton.

  I liked the entrance and open lobby. I liked that the elevators are right next to the front desk and you don't have to drag your bags any further. I liked the double doors to our suite. It made us feel we were having a grand entrance. I liked the size of the room and the balcony. There was ample room for all our needs. My family was allowed to feel as though we were at h - The hotel staff were 'very friendly' and helpful! They responded quickly to any questions that I had! For example 'front desk' assisted me with driving instructions on my ipad which was very helpful! I felt safe and secure at the hotel! It was in an excellent location near multiple 'Shopping Malls' and good restaurants! The showers were 'unbelievable'! Can you say, 'Hot Water'! Lol. All in all I enjoyed my short stay at Holiday Inn Express!
