  We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable.   The staff was absolutely customer oriented and amazingly friendly. We haven't come across this kind of hospitality in such a long while. I would absolutely recommend and stay again soon.

  Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black out drapes were closed.
