Staff was wonderful! Hotel design was open, beautiful, clean, and quite. Perfect location for shopping, restaurants, and walking around the city. Valet parking was great (and included in the price of the hotel!). Would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family!. It was an unplanned overnight stay in the city. I liked the center city location, the comfort of the room and the view. I liked the free bottled water in the room. I liked the multiple outlets on the desk, though I did not find them until I was ready to leave.
所有评语 » Location was excellent; short stay so not much contact with staff; only facility used was small bar; but both bartenders were courteous and attentive even though both times were very busy. I feel the value was excellent for a Center City Phila hotel. The staff is friendly and outgoing. The bar is terrific. I've been visiting for 20 years. Que and Murray greet me an my son by name and go out of their way to make us feel important. I loved the building as soon as we got there. It only got better. the room was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The service was fanastic. Great location. Loved it. The hotel is located in the heart of the city within walking distance of most attractions. Overall room cleanliness was very good and the bed was amazing, very very comfortable. Excellent bed and desk. Exceptionally polite staff. Within walking distance of many major sites, and on public transit lines, including rail to PHL airport. The room was fabulous. Upgraded king was available and I loved it. The where was comp wifi. Very nice stay- everything was great!. The Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant and bar were excellent- helpful, friendly, welcoming! A great group of people!. But the bed and pillows were very comfy!. I didn't like that I had to pay for overnight parking, with no discount from the hotel and realized I could have saved money by sleeping in the car. The pressure in the shower was extremely weak, even with two heads on. honor bar pricing was riduculous, buy Pringles and you lose your letsbookhotel.com pricing advantage! Valet parking $ 51 for 24 hours was also ridiculous even at $36 in the lot servicing the hotel was high. You can do better. Fortunately we are from Phila so we self parked on Chestnut street (a block away) $20 for 24 hours. I like everything. None. WiFi Internet was not only expensive, but the metering system was incompatible with my company's outgoing mail server. Hotel seemed to allot letsbookhotel.com the most undesirable rooms near elevators and with the worst window views in the hotel, though hotel was not near half booked. Room ac not working but had quick response after reporting to front desk. We definitely observed men escorting what looked like prostitutes to their rooms. We ate breakfast in the hotel because of a tight schedule, but regret paying $45 for two bacon and egg plates. toilet overflowed, noisy hallway. Lumpy bed comforter. would be great to have a microwave in the room. Parking was difficult and expensive at this location. n/a. One robe for two people?. We had significant issues with getting internet connection - they had a sign in system, but it was very glitchy. The over all room was nice but it wasn't anything to brag about. Parking was way to expensive. You could valet your car at the hotel next door for cheaper. Had to pay for Internet. When other hotels in city make it available for free. needs sprucing up in the hallways and rooms. Dual shower faucet head. Charge for wifi. Bed was not as comfortable as expected. we booked online and were lead to believe that the price quoted (165.00) would be the same through our three day stay (Febr. 24-27). Instead, the price jumped to 279 and some cents on Saturday night. My guess one could find this out in the fine print but it should be made clear to consumers beforehand that prices will vary as a hotel decision. Cost of parking, we parked a black away for$ 20 cheaper. It was great. Some centralized social hour ( a la Kimpton) could easily be accommodated in their beautiful lounge which they should consider (at least on weekends). The trey of open items sitting on the counter. My girlfriend picked 2 items up as soon as we walked in and placed them back down and I was charged $10 for a pack of chips and small bag of candy. Having to contact the hotel directly because they didn't authorize the price that was listed on the website. It was all good!. Little pricey when u include 52$ parking and no breakfast. Parking was confusing, but probably because we arrived as a large group was checking out. View. Parking was too expensive. The bill should come with parking. I didn't like that the $5.00 Green Rebate could only be used in the hotel restaurants and could not be applied to the mini-bar or to the hotel bill - bit of a scam!. Being tricked into answering 13 questions instead of the 4 your email stated. Refrigerator charge applied for opening the door!. The service is bad. Information is not given fully. No breakfast included. No free parking. Wi fi is very expensive Autopark is expensive. After 10 hr flight to philly to find out that my room was not ready for me at 4 30 pm was very agriviting waited at the the lobby until about 6 to chech in in my room...I do not think I will try your hotel again.
