We arrived quite late and met this Indian security elderly man...said he'll be 70 soon but looks a lot younger :) He was wonderful! We all loved the space and neatness, the environment and nextdoor amusement park in old town, proximity to the attractions in Orlando eg Disneyworld...we enjoyed our stay. They responded to our problems promptly and cheerfully too...there was water seeping out somewhere and the AC wasnt working well. We called and they fixed it asap. We already talking about return.
所有评语 » I loved the condo lots of space 3 full baths was a nice surprise. It looks just like the pictures on line. The Jacuzzi was a nice way to relax after walking around the parks all day. Everything you needed was in the condo. Home away from home. the beds were extremely comfortable. Close to Disney, shopping, carnival and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this resort to everyone. You will not be disappointed. The inside was very nice, clean and modern. The location was really close to Disney which was a plus. They had security on site and you felt safe. The townhouse was very surprisingly spacious. Having your private spa was also nice. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need to cook with except the food. That was good. I would come back No DOUBT. Regal Oaks is sports team friendly resort. The unit met our needs. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and convenient to our venue. Twin beds- bedroom has its own bathroom, which is helpful for team players. Hot tub was perfect after a grueling competition day. On site laundry room great for washing uniforms nightly. There was plenty of room, clean, staff friendly, and its right next to old town which is a awesome amusement park. The pool was awesome. It was just me my fiance and sister staying there amd we had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was a really good place to stay. Stayed from 5/26 to 6/4 2013.Great stay...exactly as shown in internet.Close to everything...parks,dinning,supermarket...Would recomend and will love to stay again....My kids loved the accomodadionts..the beds were excellent and comfortable. The rooms are nice and roomy. The jacuzzi was great . The kirchen was nice and clean. The closets were big . Theres a safe in the main closet. I have over 3 full bathrooms. I enjoyed myself there. I would come back again. The townhouse was very spacious and I felt like I was at home away from home. After settling in, I didnt want to leave. I'm through with hotel stays. The price was excellent and the location was great. First and foremost the rates were unbeatable .The comfort , the decor and the jacuzzi. The place was clean and the beds were like clouds . I would definitely book again and refer friends and family. My family and I loved the 3 bedroom home that we stayed at. It was very relaxing and clean. The bed was my favorite,i could sleep for days on the bed,that's how comfortable th e bed was. I loved everything about my stay when we came in from a late night security seen us he turned back around and made sure we got in the resort safe I would recommend these 2 anyone. Staff was very friendly and professional. The unit was very clean and up to date. Looks like what you see in the pictures. Excellent value, and close to all the attractions. Everything!. Enjoyed the hot tub. convenience to Celebration events. Pool and lazy river were fun. I liked everything and staff + mgmt helped by combining my two reservations to wave the cleaning fees. We had a 3 bedroom townhouse with a private hot tub on the back deck. Very clean unit, felt like home. Accomodations were very clean, location was excellent, loved hot tub. Very affordable vacation. The Villa is fully equipped and the place is quiet and everything is within driving distance.. Clean, spacious and well equipped. Staff was attentive and kind and the security was visible. I like the Jacuzzi in the patio for relaxation after you have a long tired day at the parks. It was very nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay again if I can obtain the same price. The pool is outdated and the slide was inoperable.The pool area needs some TLC. They are about to remodel it so those things should be fixed our next trip there. The outside of the townhouse could use a modern look but thats no biggie and I think they are going to do that. I was staying for 6 days so we could have used more toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. They only give you a 2 day supply. Nothing about what we didn't like would keep us from booking again. We were unaware we had to get bedding for the pull-out beds at check- in. There were not enough washcloths. This was promptly resolved the next morning. The complex needs to be gated (especially along the main road leading into Golden Hawk Way) even though security is visible throughout the day. The shower water smelled disgusting, the raccoons were bad there. They gave you enough detergent to wash only one load. The shower in the king room didn't have a plastic shower curtain, just cloth so it got the floor all wet. The other shower upstairs, the doors would not stay closed so I had to hold it. Nothing negative to say!!!!!. Not enough tvs in the house. Dvd player did not work . The handle on the refrigerator was broken . The only complaints that I had were minor and handled quickly by the staff. The slide was under construction and the pool needs to be repainted , it make the water look dirty but it was actually clean. The only thing I didn't like was there were no tv's in 2 of the rooms and check out was 2 early for me 10:00. Nothing really, would definitely stay again. Directly behind old town attractions. I have no complain. All issues were immediately addressed and not serious enough to deter our team from returning. Small issues - light bulb out, had to get more washcloths, and extra bedding has to be requested prior to booking in or guests need to be apprised at booking to be aware they need to request bedding for pull-out couches. No pans or cookie sheets to cook pizza!!!!. Pool was not heated. Check-in staff were very matter of fact and not terribly friendly. The $90 cleaning fee was hidden in the information and not clearly introduced when making the booking. Front office was unclear about parking pass. Pool towel service would have been nice. As I'm staying for 13 nights, I have wished that they do a one-time-cleaning free of charge. I didn't like that there was no outside light working and no sheets for the pull out couch. None. Cleaning charge of nearly $100 was a surprise. The pool was close due to new construction and the passes for another hotel pool was 30 min away. This was what we came for the lazy river pool we stayed here last year and the kids had a blast. But this time they were disappointed. the woman working at the front desk was very rude with no personality at all. She would lose most business if it was for the rest of it being so nice. The air condition was not cool enough ,. I didn't enjoy the weather. It rained and stormed the entire week we were there. It was my daughter's graduation trip, but we didn't get to do much with storms & tornado weather & storm traffic. The pool was closed sure to renovations but I'll live :). The swimming pool is closed. There were no tv's in the bedrooms except master bedroom. I wished that the resort was done from construction work and that there was cleaning for twice a week at least... No activities on site to do, but the pool is expected to be completed by 2014. Kitchen is well equipped but resort provide coffee filters. Need more televisions in the unit. Offer coupons for local business.. The ac set in 72 degree at all time, the receptionist at the front desk wasn't too friendly, and there's no pool. The location is not in the most presentable side of town. The $85 cleaning fee was hidden. I would have appreciated it if the on-line booking site was more up-front about the fee. For some folks, that $85 would be a deciding factor in choosing this unit or another one. The office closes realy early. The pool was under construction, and they gave us a coupon to use a pool at the Ramada 10 miles away. Who is going to drive 10 miles to use a pool?. A few of the amenities were not available, such as wi-fi and TVs were not in all of the bedrooms as promise. The only thing was that there was construction going on so we couldn't use the pool but they did give us a voucher for another pool. need to put a few dryer sheets at the location!!!. No WiFi in my town home. Only one bedroom had a TV, but the cable was disconnected. No maid service. - You need to rent a router wireless, if you have a tablet (US$ 15 each 7 days). There is no wifi. - If you forget something in the apartment, they wont send to you. They don't have this service. Not being able to adjust the temperature in the house. It was humid outdoors which made the indoors feel warmer and more humid. None. Nothing. That there was only two tv. we didnt get discound on the park tickets and the pool was't ready also maintances wasn't good. The trash bins. We had to clean up after the raccoons every morning. no garbage bags, soaps, lack of dishes and utensils. had to get a cord from the office to use internet.
