I tried several times to learn more about the Club Quarters offer, or some other way of getting cheap weekend rates, but the staff wouldn't discuss it. I was only given a number to call. Eventually I was told that The Rockefeller Hotel and Club Quarters were separate entities. I now understand but this is confusing to say the least.

The whole experience was great!!! Location was excellent!!!!!!!! Perfect for business travelers
Everything was excellent until check out. While checking out, using computer, front of house manager passed a very sarcastic comment, this clouded our view of hotel. Because I was having difficulty using the computer, while he was not prepared to help, he passed a comment about putting back on my glasses.NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The central location of the hotel was fantastic. We were able to walk to the shows that we had booked, as well as all those shops - wow! The Terrace Restaurant was great for lunch.The free internet was unexpected and the constant supply of fresh cool water an added bonus.
The reception area/desk a bit small, as it got congested at times, however the staff did their best to keep it clear. The Do it Yourself check in/out machine would have been better used if guests were knew it was available.

The elevator key card is a good idea, if only it worked properly. Going up and down several times before eventually reaching the room was very irritating.
That it was so close to all shop/broadway
The price was very expensive and did not include breakfast. I would stay at a cheaper hotel next time.

it was very annoying having to get different cards every day just to get the lift to stop at floor 7 where the bar and restaurant facilities were. It just seemed a waste of time and effort

Everything except the elevators
The elevators - there was only two and they were quiet busy, also the card did not always work so you were relying on other guests to get to the required floor

some TV channels were fuzzy and unwatchable... and these were major stations such as NBC (the one I watch most). No other complaints - very nice hotel.
