We had a fantastic stay at this comfy and charming studio on the upper east side. The booking process was easy and check in was smooth. Staff was warm and the place was so clean. It was my first time staying at a private apartment but it was a great way to experience nyc. I felt very at home and welcomed. Will do it again.

Nice staff and very caring. I was provided an airport pickup service at a very reasonable price. The flat itself was very clean and staff was friendly and kind.
The subway was a bit far from the flat but that is not anyone's fault.

The location was fine. Just 2 blocks from the subway. A small but good apartement.
Lots of noise. Only on landing with our airplane i got a mail with rules. One of them that we had to act as friends and the second that we had to arrive just in time and pay in a time spane of a half hour otherwise the apartement could be rented to another. On arriving no one there. Not good and not friendly! The bed is hard.
the assistant who we met at the apartment was lovely, and the location was great. the room was clean and warm.
the first night we almost booked another place to stay at 3am in the morning. the traffic noise was loud, and the vent along side the right of the bed was loud, also the toilet wouldnt stop making a flushing sound. the bed was insanely uncomfortable, the springs in the mattress stuck out and dug into your back. all things combined made it a horrible firsts night sleep. i had to invest in some earplugs and it became more bearable...
