we were not allowed to pay cash on arrival we had to give our credit card, and are card had to have sufficent funds, we were ok with it but what would have happened had my credit card had not had the funds?
The turn down service at night . When we came back to our room after a hard days shopping the bed would be turn back and an apple left on the pillow, staff was great,

What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. The beds were heavenly (like sleeping in a big cloud), and the bathrooms were clean, well-appointed and modern. Loved the soap/shower gels/shampoo provided. Great location. Nice, helpful staff at the front door. Would definitely stay at the Dream again
A bit noisy outside, could hear alot of street noise - maybe the windows could be replaced with better sound-proofing, accoustical glass.

Absolutely loved the staff, they were very helpful and mindful. I alsoreally enjoyed the Ava lounge....WOW! That really made it a decidingfactor for me to make a next booking. The room was very nice and cleanand it did not feel like a hotel room at all, more like an apartment.The breakfast was delicious and once again the staff was very friendly

Cool ambiance, nice decor, great location, very helpful and friendly staff, trendy room that used space very efficiently to compensate for small size. The apples on my pillows in the evening were a nice touch.
The music in the very trendy club at the top of the hotel was a bit too loud for enjoyment of the club, though I did not hear the music from my room.

The club upsatirs was very good but for a quite drink downstairs the music was really loud which made it a bit difficult for conversation!
Fantastic Experience, just right off broadway, not even 5mins walk to times square or central park. Friendly staff and the bed was SO comfortable.
The atmosphere and staff were excellent. Much more attentive than some of the higher end hotels i have stayed at on previous visits to the city. The location was perfect, and i was shocked at the price. My first thought on the website was "whats wrong with this hotel!?!" based on the location, size of the rooms, you can't beat the price!

Valet parking - there was not a lot of space to pull up to the hotel and no one was outside to help you. The couch was a little uncomfortable.

We loved the proactive approach the staff had to how we were looked after. The decor and peaceful feel the hotel had. Rooms were a wee bit small, none the less very comfortable, liked the fact they changed beds every day.
