The new remodel is classy and modern. The beds are comfortable and the rooms now have an RFID card access key. The staff is AMAZING. They are very friendly and courteously helpful. They were very attentive to every question or concern. Hotel staff was very nice, breakfast was very good and reasonable. One night I ate dinner there and it was also very good. Location is excellent. Room was clean and hotel common areas were well kept.
所有评语 » Everything was great. Very clean, modern and attractive...the staff was friendly and professional. Very good location in the middle of the city and next tot he convention center. Excellent workout facility and sauna and a well heated pool. With adjacent parking and the hotel right on the mall, the location is perfect and convenient for a downtown stay. The room was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable, Ate downstairs in the bar and pleasantly surprised by the menu, My meal was delicious, I may go back just to eat. Te hotel was newly renovated and was perfect. Rooms were clean and spacious and the staff couldn't do enough for you. Will definitely stay again in the future. Very good location Excellent hospitality of the staff Extremely comfortable king-size bed Free wi-fi Internet in the room as a compliment for long stay. Anita checked us in . She was phenomenal! Mass transit from airport possible. Walkable many city locals. Employees were great, facilities were good and location was great too. Easy access parking for being in the city with reasonable rates. It is relatively expensive and only has full size beds in the double rooms instead of the larger queen size beds. A bit expensive, but there was a major convention at the Convention Center (very close). I requested a wake up call as a second chance to my nearly dead phone's alarm and it never came...thankfully my phone stayed alive just long enough to wake me up...front desk apologised profusely...no harm I suppose. The room was comfortable, and met all our needs. There were however, some black marks (likely from shoes or luggage) on a wall. Had to self park. Parking garage a little small for a full size truck to get in and out of. During all period of stay could not connect to wi-fi using iPhone, but the laptop connected properly Blocked the price for whole period of stay on my credit card and still did not unblock is as I payed cash when checked-out. On Sunday when we left , it was extremely hot in the hall. It's MN so I'm sure the temps were being tweaked. :). Check in area is cramped. Food prices were a bit overboard, none locking bathrooms for me are very uncomfortable. none. Nothing to dislike from the perspective of the hotel meeting my specific requirements. Heater never really got warm, had to have it on all the time. No free wifi for such a nice more $$ hotel?. No airport shuttle. It was a bit hard to find the laundry room, and had to pay extra for wifi. We booked a king size bed and they do not honor 3rd party bookings for room requests. Since they were full, we were given a smaller room with a double bed. It was a pretty small bed for two adults. Internet was bad. Breakfast was bad. Not in preferred location, but it worked out okay. it was all good. The pool is very uninviting - it is in the underground parking garage. No free wifi in room?. n/a. Room details said free wifi. That was not the case. After arguing with the hotel and going down to the front desk I was finally able to get the wifi password. $16 a day for parking can add up after a few days as well. excessive delays in breakfast preparation (e.g. seemed like that for ordering a cup of fresh fruit they needed to seed the plants first) bad acoustic insulation. I was downgraded to a room with a twin bed for the price of a king bed. I shared this room with a friend so it was a tight fit. I was given a coupon to use at the bar and told it was good for anything. It wasn'T. The parking situation wasn't great either. When we arrived I was told since I used a 3rd party that I was guaranteed a room but not the room type. Definitely not a good stay in regards to what I was expecting from it.
