  Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe.   The location was perfect, situated perfectly in midtown - it was close to get to uptown and downtown. Subway and bike rental was 3 minutes away. Apartment was also very clean, Air conditioner worked very well for hot nyc summer weather.   Beautiful boutique hotel center of midtown close to all attractions. Well priced. Well maintained building. Rooms very clean and night time turn down was exceptional...my little daughter loved the chocolates on her pillow. Concierge provided great restaurant recommendations. Even complimentry coffee in the lobby displayed an extra little touch that added to our positive memor - The whole staff is so welcoming, courteous, smiling and attentive. The room was very comfortable, well decorated and spacious. This hotel was renovated very tastefully. It's a beautiful, elegant hotel that is quiet which is rare in New-York City. I loved the bathroom, the robes and towels were very soft and it was extremely clean. I will definitly be back, this is a gem.
