The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice
hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the
events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as
are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice
surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for
the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

The staff was so courteous,friendly,helpful with directions, Yhey went out if their way to make us feel comfortable. The Front Desk Amy,Tarik and Tonia great!!! The Boys at the front door wonderful and Jon who was helpful with our TV issue. The Complimentary Breskfast was Great!! A nice touch and the lady who attends to it Min/ Friday is Dynomit

The staff were excellent at this hotel. Very helpful, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and functional. The concierge Anita was particularly helpful, attentive and was very personable. Free wifi, water and snacks on arrival and coffee is a nice touch and the breakfast was varied and plentiful.

pool/gym area so unable to comment. It suited it's purpose - we
have 4 kids and it was cheaper to rent this apartment than pay out for 3
