Room service was amazing - My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting nyc to see a concert. Each staff member expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction, and were 100% accommodating.   Travelling as family with two older children 21 and 18, we chose the one bedroom suite with two double beds (most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in).
