  The hotel staff were extremely helpful from giving directions to restaurant recommendations. It is located in the heart of the city and the lite rail makes it very easy to get around. The facilities were great bar, gym and spa. The room itself was of a high standard and I had no problems with my stay. - Excellent location.   Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.
