  The proprietors were lovely and had a nice demeanor. They clearly take pride in their budget-friendly property. The housekeeping staff was wonderful with our usual request of extra face cloths, an extra bathmat and no cleaning chemicals.   The hotel has a nice location near food and drink and shopping, they have clean and comfortable rooms with a nice artistic design about it while the pool was very small it was nice and warm in the pool room and it was very clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the open air dining area was very nice. Front desk staff outstanding, helpful and friendly. Near to shopping and Finger Lakes. we had to reschedule our trip twice due to illness and had no problems at all. Very happy with this hotel.
