  We loved Ashley at the pool bar and Marcello, the beach keeper! They were both the Most Friendly at the hotel! We weren't happy with the folks at the front desk! Not friendly and didn't notify us when our room was ready! We were about to leave at 4:45 when they never contacted us that the room was ready. I amI afraid if we waited for the front desk to notify us, we would have slept at the pool! - All the staff was very nice. And helpfull. I am a diabetic and needed to eat fast one night after most of the restaurants had closed. The front desk gave me the phone number of a restaurant that was close and they deliverd fast. Great customer service, couldn't of asked for more. Exeeded my expectations.

  We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is approximately 5 minutes from the beach itself. The Track,Lulu's and Pirate Cove putt putt golf are literally a minute maybe two if traffic is heavy from the hotel. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Beds were ridiculously lush and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fruit, cereal, yogurt, grits and oatmeal, muffins, that kind of thing. It's nothing fancy but it's clean and cozy and modern enough. Less than two miles from the beach.

  This hotel far surpassed our expectations. Our room was extremely comfortable, well-appointed and immaculate. The staff went out of their way to be pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated the complementary washers and dryers. It was so pleasant to keep up with laundry instead of having a mountain to tackle when we got home. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Staff was tops! Bkft was really good( would prefer boiled eggs warm ). Bkft staff went above and beyond for customers satisfaction! Toiletries were high quality and loved the thick towels.Pool and wt room nice! Overall we, especially the teenagers(loved the queen sz beds) enjoyed our stay.

  Great location, close to restaurants and shopping and of course the beach. This is not a luxury Hotel but none the less very budget friendly and for the most part clean. I say that because the elevator floors were pretty nasty - but that is to maybe be expected when near the pool with kids and water. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the beaches across the street. It was close to everything and was much cheaper than anything else I looked at. We will be staying there again.

  I thought I had left my telephone charger cord in the room but couldn't find it. They offered to give me an old one that no one had claimed in a year. The main "strip" was a 7 minute drive, but was far enough away from the scene that it still felt residential. Close to so many other amenities and attractions for down time. IE Walk Greens, Walmart, movie theater, Putt-putt, and the Tanger Outlets.
