The room was perfect, 3rd floor, fireplace king bed, quiet, warm on a very chilly night. Loved the fact I could turn the noisy heater off and turn on the fireplace for a quiet warmth. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bed and bedding were
luxurious. The view of the river and the private balcony were great. The
continental breakfast was varied and plentiful. The room and facilities
were spotlessly clean. There were nice touches, like popcorn available
in the evenings, and a 24-hour lobby, which we didn't expect.
