  Splendid reception of the staff! Everybody are very nice and helpful, yet professional. They treat you as a real person not only like a moneymachine that is commonplace nowadays. They are genuinely nice! World class service! And the location is great, close to the airport, easy starting point of getting in and around Miami. Also the room A/C is very quiet so you can sleep without hearing the A/C cycle on and off all night - this seems to be a rarity these days

  Rooms so comfortable, staff - oh so helpful and wonderful - very accomodating. They were always looking for ways to assist you. I was overwhelmed when I realised I forgot one of my hand luggage at the hotel, and they facilitated me by having someone bring it to me at the airport. Oh you made my trip all so worthwhile.   Its convenience to the airport and port of miami. Stayed one night but was well looked after the staff were really helpful. I booked 2 rooms which were clean and had all we needed for the night. They were obviously busy at times but whenever myself or a family member approached a member of staff they were patient and helpful. - Room was very cl... 别人怎么说 » ean and comfortable.
