  Coming from Hawaii, we didn't know many areas and hotels, but this one proved to be a winner! Very quick responses to problems that occurred. Professional, prompt and courteous! I would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to frie - The front desk clerk, Sheila, was very friendly and helpful to find a room near the pool and stairs to my liking! Kudos to the Best Western Plus for hiring such a nice person! Also, the pool was cold, but refreshing due to the warm weather.

  I was in town for a funeral. I liked that breakfast was included, it was easy to find and close to where I needed to be. There were no hidden charges. The décor was pleasant but not overdone. It seemed relatively recently decorated but you must had some clumsy guests in our room, chipped tile in the bathroom, paper coming off the top of the lampsh... 别人怎么说 » ade and someone tried to close the accessory drape pulling it out of place over the air conditioner. I was able to fix it. I liked the free internet a - We asked the front desk to provide a room in the adjacent tower because the carpets in the 1st room we entered were filthy and terribly stained. Never even sat down. We just knew we weren't staying in that room that made Motel 6 look decent. We were graciously offered a much nicer room in the tower.

  I liked that the staff I have interacted with were professional and kind. The rooms are clean and everything worked as it was supposed too. The price $55 is hard to beat. I stayed there 4 weeks in a row, and when the price went up, I was advised to use letsbookhotel.com to keep the price low. That was a vary nice option. I will stay there two more... 别人怎么说 » weeks 3 or four nights a week and hope they keep the price low. - The value. Maid service not bad. Location not too bad. Laundry 24 hours. Pool (never used it). Even though there is commotion no one ever bothered us. My car was never broken in to and they also have security at night. When I read the reviews I was worried about my stay. I was worried during my stay but it is not a bad hotel for the money.
