  Very good value for our money. The room was spacious,clean and comfortable. The location was good, not far from anyone or anything we were in Buffalo to see. - the room was comfortable, and suplied what I needed for our stay. The landscaping was pretty, and neat and the exterior nice.

  Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. The Clarence Inn is close for shopping, restaurants, sporting and concert events. Actually it is not far from Niagara Falls either! Will definitely be back. - Rooms are a bit dated but for the money it was a good deal. Very friendly owner/operator

  The Three Crowns was a great place to stay. Very Clean and great staff. I stayed for two days. If you are a fan of vintage you will love this place I felt like I was on the set of Mad Men series. Just a few miles down the road is all the shopping you would need the airport is not far away at all.
