The hotel has been around for may years but it is in good shape. Rooms are fine. Good location, easy to get anywhere in the Twin Cities.
my husband and I loved the free cookies and bellhop service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Love the location of the hotel as well.
Love the cookies! Great room for the price and very easy to get to Mall of America from there.
Rooms very nice. Full buffet in am for $9.99. Good location. Nice pool and fitness facility.

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.
the continental breakfast wasn't free and we had a lamp not working in our room that we asked to be replaced and it never was.
Was a bit noisy at night and the walls/ceilings seem pretty thin...not really the hotel's fault I guess..

Tiles in bathroom were not cleaned properly.
There were no outlets by the bed to plug in phones and the housekeeping crew opened our door 3 times over our 2 night stay when we had a do not disturb sign on the door.
Our beds were uncomfortable and there was a pounding noise in our room...we think it was the pipes...couldn't sleep all night.
The toilet was cracked and the shower head was just a steady stream of water. i stayed here a few times and never will return. i had an animal acceptable room and told them i had a pet, but as i was carrying my hamsters cage to go on the elevator i was told they only accept dogs.. which makes no sense, since a month earlier it was perfectly fine and no extra cost.
low value, high priced.
