  After spending 4 days at the Crown Plaza in NY 42 street its amazing the service, the facilities, comfort, cleanliness of your hotel was outstanding. If you think about name brand this should not be the case but it was. The C Plaza was awkward, even mold in the bathroom walls and picture frame.   I was impressed with the manager's responses to ratings of his facility, both good and bad. He was very courteous, and admitted where they could improve. That was the main reason that I chose Red Roof Inn Barboursville. Of course, price had a lot to do with my decision. When I arrived, I was happy to see Sherry at the front desk, who was mentioned a nu - Very clean inside room and out. The grounds were just immaculate. Dog friendly for no charge - wooden floors are a great idea for pets. Bed and pillows were ok. Price was unbelievable for a place so well kept.

  Enjoyed our one night stay after our tour of the Bourbon Trail in Kentucky. Great location,,right off the Interstate. Staff friendly, love the cookies in the evening & the breakfast was okay.
