Aloft is extremely dog-friendly, which is very important to us, as our children all have paws. They are inexpensive, but very contemporary in design and layout. Just a cool place to stay. Staff has always been great. Room was large, with every convenience. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. I particularly appreciated the computer at the hotel entrance, set up to print your boarding pass quickly and easily!.
所有评语 » Such a unique design. I was afraid Loft style meant small and was really worried but it was great! Plenty of room and well designed. Super clean also. Loved it!. Bill, staff member who checked us in . . super friendly, helpful and efficient. Love the design of the hotel, love the effective use of space in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was closest to the hallway, so it was quite to sleep. Nicely decorated, free wifi that worked great and friendly staff. The aloft had fun decor, great lobby, clean and nice fit room for 3 children. The pool was open all the time!!!. Super modern. DJ in the hotel lobby. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Big beds. Mini fridge in the room!. The hotel was excellent! This was the first time I have ever stayed at an Aloft and will plan to stay at more. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for 2 people. Loved the sleek design of the furniture. Nice modern rooms, good gym, very practical with 24 hour food and washer on site, good internet connection. I really enjoyed how new the place was and how enjoyable it was to stay in a large and comfortable room. close to airport and hotel offered a shuttle service to the airport. The loft look in lobby. Foods and snacks selection in snack bar. The bar, sitting area outside, beds were super comfy. Clean nice decorated affordable room..friendly staff. Good beds. Good cocktail bar. The modern rooms, beds were comfortable, shower was nice, pool was comfortable with nice seating. Evening desk clerk very helpful. Price. This last time, our reservation wasn't right. We reserved a room with 2 queen beds, but were put in a king. Not a big deal, and it's never happened before. They were very busy that weekend and completely full, I believe, so it was understandable. My husband loves to swim, but has complained that the pool is too cold for him, and there isn't a hot tub either. I don't know if the temperature could be adjusted if he asked or not. Nothing. Booked at $60, actually charged $66 . . when checking out, total charge $75 . . Checked my credit card statement, and find the hotel has charged me $86! Am checking into it, left message a day ago, still waiting for help/reply from hotel. Nothing. The only thing that I didn't like was that I reserved a King Bed and ended up with two doubles. They said that when letsbookhotel.com sent the reservation in it was for doubles. A little bummed out that there was nothing they can do. non existent closet,windows don't open, house keeping doesn't stock up everything, staff is obviously not trained hotel staff but very nice. I didn't like how impersonal the front desk attendant was at check in. I also didn't like the lack of help with bags from no one on staff being available. I specially didn't like the fact that there wasn't even a wheelchair for my mom who was recently released from hospital. Comtempory set up of rooms not well thought out...vanity area is an open format which means when the light is turned on during the night to use bathroom, vanity light turns on too, and shines brightly into bedroom areas. Other guest are affected. Also, had problem with room door lock....it didn't lock. Had to change rooms. Room was too small and dark, the blinds in the room Bathroom set up was designed to save money and space- that was obvious. Too European . I like American ....space. Bar stools too hard and cold. Bar not open till 5 pm. The curtain in bathroom & the lack of privacy of toilet otherwise a great room. Expensive extras (drinks etc...). Elevator was very loud, kept waking us up in the middle of the night since our room was right next to it. No ala carte breakfast for the price. Seemed to be a bit dated. Older carpets in hallways, light fixtures, paint, etc. Small, but very good vslue. At first the front desk clerk was a little aloof but he warmed up later. Also we were impressed by the indoor pool but there was no hot tub. However, our room was right above it and it was very loud. Was disturbed by noisy guests during the night. a little too funky cute. No toilet seat top Nowhere to put toiletries etc in bathroom We were given a room for people with disabilities so i do not know if the bahrooms are different in other rooms. The facility was not in good shape at all, 5 floor had a really bad water leak and smelled like mildew:-(. Though there were lovely eateries nearby, it would have been nice to have a restaurant at the hotel. the miss understanding with the booking a long wait up to an hour an a half but other than that everything was great. Could not find my reservation in their system upon check-in. Gentleman working was rude & sarcastic. Accused me of booking at the last minute, when I had booked the week before. This behavior will prevent me from staying at that hotel again. location not close enough to airport. Lousy room design, particularly if you're traveling with someone else and/or a child. (Single sink with little counter space made the morning a little more challenging... and... no good way to keep one half of the room dark for a child or partner sleeping.). Pool way too cold to swim and no hot tub which was really unfortunate since party of the reason e went to a hotel was to swim and relax....it was our 17th anniversary and unfortunately we can't get away too often. The walls are paper thin and beds about as uncomfortable as i have ever slept on. didn't like that there wasn't some one to great me when I walked in. Also the floor's in the lobby looked dirty. Open bathroom. Although relatively new, a lot has already worn down quite considerably, indicating poor maintenance. Did not honor the letsbookhotel.com rate. When I notified them of the incorrect charge, they said "they'd get back to me" instead of taking care of it. I have never had any other hotel not charge the correct rate. We asked for late checkout, which we were told would be 1pm, as we got in kinda late. We hung "shhh sleeping" sign on our door and housekeeping came in or knocked at our door at 8, at 9 and at 10 so at that point we just got up and got ready and headed out by normal checkout time, tired. Mentioned it to desk staff and they really didn't seem to care. AM desk clerk to busy talking on cell phone . Breakfast sandwiches way over priced. Dirt and noise.
