We love being able to park right outside of our door. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the Toy Story parking lot where we caught a bus to Disneyland each morning. We used 5 rooms since we were a large family group and everybody was happy with their room. location location location, just down the road from the Disneyland entrance, you can walk or catch the shuttle out the front. The pool and spa are great. There's a Denny's open 24hrs next door.
所有评语 » The hotel just gives importance to every single small detail,eg amenities in the room, bathroom etc. the breakfast is really decent. Easy to find, not far from Disney parks, easy check in/check out, large parking lot, has pool and jacuzzi on site. Price was great, location was decent. Kids loved the breakfast and pool was awesome after a day at Disneyland. convenience to Disneyland and Dennys/ Carl jnr right next door and across the road and not far from shopping. price was good. Pretty clean, they did respond quickly to any of the problems or concerns too. Great staff, helped me with check in. Great location. Quiet and clean!! Great place!!. The location was nice and the price was really good. close to disneyland, close to lots of eating places. Proximity to Disneyland, Continental breakfast. good location, and you got what you pay for. Assess to shuttle. location. It was cheap and staff was friendly and helpful; breakfast was just "OK"... But it was free, so I guess I can't complain. I only recommend this place for those who seriously need to save money. Otherwise, I would have gladly spent a few extra hundred dollars for a better, cleaner place. Office staff was very friendly and helpful. It was cheap enough. Close to Disney land. almost nothing. It would have been nice to have fruit as part of the breakfast but the room was large and the food available was plentiful. Conditioners are too loud to switch it on, but stuffy without it. have nothing negative to say - was exactly what was described and what we were looking for. no water pressure for shower, like showering in a drippy sink. A/c never really got cold enough. Nothing. Parking not so great. There one and only ice machine was broken. I went down for breakfast BIG disappointment. The room could use air conditioning and a brighter atmosphere. Some upgrades needed. I didn't like how you couldn't take the breakfast to your toom i feel that it would have been more convenient that way. Only thing I didn't like was that our dead bolt did not lock, which made me feel not as safe as possible, since there was one installed on the door. The free wifi had poor connection the enitre time we were here and the continental breakfast was not up to par at all. Very little there. needs a bit of a paint and refreshing to bring it up to date. But very good for price. The evening staff could've been nicer. The woman in the morning was very nice :). TV barely worked, breakfast was barely edible and no bath to soak my knees in. Limited parking, no ice (machine not working), WIFI not strong signal in rooms. Breakfast Disinterested desk assistance on check in. Continental breakfast - no healthy choice like fruits. The room smells - old. - Continental breakfast (not enough selection) - Chemicals used for cleaning bathrooms left lasting bad smell - Pool and hot tub not very clean - Slow staff response to distrubance that occurred outside our door in the middle of one night. Poor breakfast, terrible wifi signal. Never Stayed in a motel/hotel without an Ice maker. They have an Ice box in the room but you have to buy your own ice at the store if you want ice. The bathroom floor was not mopped daily. I could tell because there was some gross red spot under the counter on the bathroom floor. Looked like dried catsup or something. It would be nice to have a little something for breakfast besides donuts and crusants. comfort of the beds, to hard. parking was also diffcult. Room needed renovation. Toilet was wonky, bathroom counter was barely hanging on, the coverlet had long, dark hairs stuck to it (that was gross). The room needed an overhaul badly. parking slots are limited and if you dont find a place you need to park next door. Continental breafast was too sparse, no selection. Bathroom fan loud; fridge "gurgled Poor selection for breakfast. It needs to be updates. The air conditioning was broken (room was quite warm); also broken: toilet seat and refrigerator; there was water damage in the ceiling and door way to the bathroom; the floor was filthy! You have to wear shoes/flip-flops in the room, or your feet literally turn black! The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were a joke - bring your own, if you come here!!!. The housekeeping staff did not replace the dirty towels after cleaning- they just took them. We had to call the office for towels. Called the office for a blanket and were told they didn't have any. The coffee that was used in the room was not replaced, we had to go to the front office to get more. Toilet stopped up easily. No water pressure--barely stong enough to brush your teeth with. No ice machine worked. The parking was terrible. They say it's not promised when you get a room, however, with my reservation, if i decided not to stay because of this, i would be charged anyways. We had to park in the Denny's next to the hotel. The continental breakfast was a joke. Toast with butter and jelly is not breakfast. Stale cold cereal and some crusty donuts. They don't sell tickets for the shuttle there?? I was sent to Denny's but they were already sold out. The carpets were filthy feet/socks were black in minutes of walking in room with no shoes. Dirty, old, poor breakfast, unfriendly staff. Did not like anything about this hotel!!! Very over rated!!!. everything, the stuff, the room always was dirty, ants everywhere.
