The welcome we review Ed on arrival at this hotel was excellent. The girls at the desk were very friendly and even called our room ten minutes after we arrived to check that all was ok! The hotel was close enough to Disneyland but far enough to walk to allow for a less expensive price. It was clean and the bedding was fresh and the bed very comfortable. The room was adequate without any frills. I would recommend for a stay for a family tosee Disneyland. The breakfast was basic but gave us a s.
所有评语 » The hotel was great as well as the staff, they were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was average not a whole lot of variety (but that was to be expected) :) House keeping was awesome always made sure our room looked as clean as the first time we walked in. Pool was well kept and clean. If there was one thing that could make it a little nicer would be a shuttle to and from DL, but not a complete let down as you can catch ART around the corner. Great value for money, nice sized and clean rooms with an adequate breakfast to start your day. Pool area lovely with a Spa. Complimentary tea and coffee available all day. Good base to do sightseeing, half hour drive into LA and plenty of beaches within a half hour drive. A must is the Cheescake factory just a ten minute walk away....left out of the hotel. Could even see the Fisney firework display every night. Would definitely recommend. We were very pleased with the service provided; the staff was very pleasant and the cleanliness of the hotel was top notch. Very comfortable beds, nice swimming pool and hot pool. The breakfast was excellent! Location was great; only six blocks to Disneyland. We walked both days. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Disneyland. :). The grounds are well kept and I felt secure as you needed your room key to get into the building. I left some things behind and the front desk was very kind to send it back to me. My only complaint is that it's a bit far to walk to Disney, which isn't the hotel's fault. The bus does pick up right at the hotel, although you have to go to a neighboring hotel to buy day passes. The lady working the breakfast did as good a job as possible for one person trying to keep everything supplied and running smoothly. I wonder if a second person would be helpful so that someone could also clean the breakfast tables. They always had syrup & crumbs on the table and chairs. Our room was on Interstate 5 side. If you want peace and quiet, ask for a room on the other side. Can't fault this hotel one bit. small and old rooms but clean, breakfast ok but one day ran out of items, hallway lights dim, parking lot lights need to be brighter,. actually took us 15 mins from disneyland to hotel by normal walking speed. The makeup mirror should be lighted. While breakfast was good, more variety would be nice. I told to the girl in front desk I will pay with cash and she says it was ok but never told me they will put my credit card in hold for the total amount until my check out. nothing in particular. Nothing. Not enough space to sit down for breakfast. My only complaint is we stayed on the second floor and the Rooms were very warm. But when we turned on the ac is worked well but the noise from it was unbearable....certainly could not sleep with it on. When we opened the window there must be a hospital nearby because we could hear an ambulance siren about every minute. So had to close the window, run the fan to tone out the noise, and leave the ac off. Made for a long night for me. Soda vending machine not stocked with water. Noise of outside traffic. Inconvenient entrance from street. No mini bar in the room. This is actually a really noisy hotel. We stayed in a corner of the top floor, yet still heard every single door open and close, every kid running down the hall, and the freeway noise from the road was quite loud also. The noise from room to room is good, but through the room door and the room window, the noise is pretty bad. I'd still recommend this hotel, but probably more fore families on trips than couples looking for a relaxing getaway. Cant say much here. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast but did not like that it was the same thing every morning the 4 days we were there. Need a variety like other comfort inns. A/C was loud and did not keep the room as cool as I'd like. Queuing for breakfast in part because it was such a busy time at the hotel with lots of families in. As a result somethings ran out. extremely dim lights in bathroom, noisy A/C. The hot portion of the free breakfast is terrible. Prefab egg circles, sausage.(really, somebody crack some eggs and break out a pan. It's not that hard) Was looking foward to a hot waffle but the batter is so bad the end result was a hollow chewy shell.. Not a waffle.. Wish I hadn't eaten any of it.. Wound up going out to eat.. This is my only negative.. Otherwise, perfect spot to overnight for a Stones show at the pond!. Got to pay higher rate for one night extension even though we have been staying for 8 nights in total. Carpet nail strip was exposed between carpet and tile floor. Stepped on nail. Otherwise all good!. n/a. no shower caps in bathroom!. No hot tub, no pool, we were not told, sure really wanted hot tub and pool after a long disney day. Complained and was given 10% off my bill....not enough and not too understanding to not having either. Terribly disappointed and how office staff handled the situation. Crowded breakfast area. Breakfast area was crowded and the food was average. The location, it is right beside the highway, also it is little too far to walk to disneyland, and too close to drive there either. There was no guest usable laundry. You are able to leave the property in one direction. Really didn't dislike anything, just was an average hotel with a staff that did their job, but didn't seem to go any extra. the door didn't seal out the noise from the hallway and also people kept slamming their doors. Wait time to register upon arrival, breakfast staff not friendly or on top of service.
