The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The room set-up was good for a big family which is hard to find at a reasonable price in the LA area. The breakfast was fine, the usual eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, etc. We did not happen to be there for Disney on this trip but it seemed like all the other families were. We did not have time to go in the pool but it was open and some other guests were enjoying it.
所有评语 » I really liked the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping department does a very good job in keeping the rooms clean and straightening out our stuff that we just laid around the place. The front desk (Eric & the night time girl with glasses) was very helpful and friendly with questions that we had. They were there to make us feel at home which they did. Love this place. We will definitely be back. When I arrived, the gentleman who took care of my reservations was polite and helpful. There was a mix-up on my reservations but the gentleman a sure me that the mix-up was taken care of. I was given two up graded room for the same price I paid. The rooms were very big and clean. Breakfast was excellent I was a very good feeling to feel so welcome in your hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Best Western raffles. Great location to Disneyland and the bus stop out front is a bonus. Good breakfast to start the day and nice to be able to have a swim and spa at the end of the day. Very friendly and helpful staff and a big thank you to housekeeping, you did a great job :]. The kids suite was great, having a separate room for the kids to watch tv in and privacy for my husband and I was wonderful. The breakfast was pretty good and saved us time and money in the mornings. We stayed in a room that had a separate room for our 2 Children. They loved the bunkbed's and being able to watch what the wanted on the tv in the evening. Good Value, with a decent breakfast included, and also parking was included. It was worth the extra for the family room with bunk beds in a seperate room. Close to Disneyland. About a 15 min walk. Close to restaurants. Decent breakfast. From certain rooms you got a full view of the night firework display. The hotel was very good, and the reviews about it having a poor breakfast appears to be inaccurate in our oppinion. We were very please with the stay. well is clean, staff are so frendly i love it and for sure i'm comming back to this hotel thanks for everything walking distance to disneyland. plenty of room for adult +3 young children, very friendly, accommodating staff, ART near the hotel, kids had their own tv, bunk beds for kids. Very close to Disney. It was a short walk to the Toy Story shuttles. Refrigerator and microwave in room and separate room for children. Bunk bed room for a family with 4 kids was nice. Close to Disneyland shuttle. Perfect for the amount of time you spend in a room. The excellent customer service and the friendliness of the staff, especially Cruz and Eric. The breakfast are good. The pool and spa are enjoyable. location is good for catching shuttle to Disneyland, which is reason for stay. For the price, this motel was extremely close to the Disneyland Parks, only a 10 minute walk away. Great place to stay if you want to save money while visiting the parks. If you want to save on the walk, you can catch the free shuttle at the Disney parking lot next door. Very handy at the end of the day when everyone is tired of standing and walking. It is close to the Disneyland park, but too far to walk. The decor and colors are a bit outdated and the water from the tap had an unpleasant smell (not the hotel's fault I guess) but those were minor issues. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Just the walk up after walking all day long at Disneyland was the only negative part. This is a very minor negative. I also didn't like how other guests didn't clean up after themselves after eating breakfast. The attendants were already working very hard to keep the food line clean and stocked and now they have to clean up after these people. The attendants deserved the tips I had left in their jars each morning. The parking was crowded at night and had to valet park because there were no parking spaces left. It all worked out though with no real inconvenience. Its a bit further than you think from the Disneyland entrance. Its a bit far to walk, there are much closer hotels, the shuttle to Disneyland is resonably priced though. They didn't have enough Parking. Other people took more than 2 cars as that filled up the parking spaces by 9ish. You had to pay $5.25 per adult and $3 a child for bus tickets to Disneyland. It would've been nice if they had a shuttle like the surrounding hotels. Pool was always full. Morning night and day. 3rd floor made it inconvenient to go up an down with your luggage. letsbookhotel.com has many hidden costs that were hidden in small print which ended up not saving us the money we were planning. This was not the fault of the hotel, but the hotel found it necessary to discuss these additional charges with us when we arrived and were prepared for us not knowing. pool wasn't very big, breakfast wasn't great (stale pastries, bland eggs) our room was on 1st floor - right on busy street. It is really a motel not a hotel. Sometimes the people upstairs got loud. shower on deck for after pool and hot tub. Thats it!. Didnt have any complaints. Our room didn't have carpet. Would have been nice since we did have younger kids. Coin laundry was a bit pricey compared to another hotel we stayed at couple days before. The WiFi was out most of our trip. Everything was great!. The first room we got had very poor air conditioning On our third morning the toilet didn't flush and was fixed later in the day. Room looked clean and mad service was fine but carpet needed a deep shampoo. Our baby is crawling and when we put him on the floor to crawl around his clothes and knees were black. Main bedroom got hot at night as the air con was in the kids room only with a fan to the parents room. Although the parking is small. Needs more parking space. Rooms are not very soundproof. The breakfast could have been fresh the eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Not enough parking. parking limited. Reception staff varied from very good to very ordinary. No Parking available in the evenings. Breakfast can be improved Other Best Westerns I have stayed at were much better. They run out of towels. Bed was just ok A bit noisy at times, but this is due to families with youngsters. I was told I would have a room with two queen beds and I was given the kids suite with a bunk bed I was staying with my young son my husband and parents it was the room I chose. Also the price quoted and the price charged were differeng. Not enough parking. What was advertised was not what I got in terms of room. The website talked all about the Family Suite, nothing about a 2-bedroom suite leading me to believe there was only one type of suite. I booked thinking I was getting a Family Suite, which sleeps 7. What I got was a room that slept 5 and it was extremely small. To find out you are closing your store. Very thin walls made sleeping a little difficult with all the noise. The fold-out bed was horrible, very thin and uncomfortable. Our windows were facing the main street and it was loud. The housekeeper also threw away my earplugs- boooo. Service when we arrived was terrible. Very unfriendly considering how far we had travelled. Tried to over charge me fortunately I had kept the invoice. Same with the 6 days we are staying over Xmas, had the price wrong. Breakfast only average, limited healthy cereal and fresh fruit. Pool and parking lot area was to small and my sofa bed was broke in room 224. Beds weren't very comfortable, pool area too small for this large complex, very noisy from the room above due to the wooden floors. - Breakfast room is way to small. People are sitting on the curb to have breakfast. Also parking lot is way to small. Cars are doubleparked overnight. Rooms are a bit dated. Distance to Disneyland. Uncomfortable beds. Very noisy. Bad parking. They got our rooms wrong and didnt provide a reason. They charge me extra for parking.it is no fair,never come back.... Pictures always make the room look larger than it is. The hide a bed almost hits the bunk beds when pulled out, leaving only a few inches to try to climb by. Parking is limited, and not really adequate for the number of rooms. When I booked on the website, the rate came up as $420 + tax. Little did I know that the taxes would be an extra $140 (33%) making my total actually $560. You'd expect to have 6-10%, but 33%! Very misleading and disappointing. The hotel was very expensive for the facilities offered and included a daily resort fee that the other hotels from the same group always offered for free. The parking spots are scarce and you can have trouble finding one when arriving late at night. Breakfast area is very small and require a lot of patience. This was not a pleasant stay for me at your hotel. I booked on the Internet and when I arrived I found I was given a room that was not in conformity with my booking. It's only when I refused to accept it that they came up with accommodation as booked but at a premium. I got the impression they were doing me a favor ! I found the facility second rate and too expensive . Frankly I think the hotel owner/ management is deceptive .
