  Every employee of this hotel with whom I interacted was excellent, from the shuttle bus driver to the front desk reps to the chef to the waitress at the tasty morning breakfast. The bed and pillow were very comfortable; and the room was very dark (which I loved) when the black out drapes were closed.   In general, I like the suites in Residence Inn more than regular rooms because of the kitchen. I enjoyed the stay and I had no complaint about anything. Marriot really rocks.

  The staff was absolutely customer oriented and amazingly friendly. We haven't come across this kind of hospitality in such a long while. I would absolutely recommend and stay again soon.
