  The staff was very nice. I was totally lost & she offered to stay on the phone with me from 6 Flags NE to get us there. I was by myself with 3 children ages 8 to 11. It was dark and raining & I was horrified my GPS wasn't working. She totally helped me out. And the woman with the Irish accent is always a pleasure.
