  The villa was extensively huge for just 4 families, the location was good and easy to find and teh swimming pool which was opposite teh villa was a plus point...good to organize a massive party.   The villa was spacious and clean, with a private car park for every unit. Location is good, easy to spot and right along the highway so we can use the hotel as a base to roam around UAQ or visit other emirates. They have an adjacent 24-hour restaurant and a coffee shop that opens til late.
