  The stay was amazing! the front desk staff were really quick and helpful, there is a small grocery shop downstairs, the prices are realy reasonable- basically you are staying in a Rotana hotel and paying about half the general Rotana rates elsewhere. Unless you are extremely picky about room size and some luxury amenities around the room, you shou... 别人怎么说 » ldn't dismiss this hotel. - The staff was very friendly. I asked “Anne” in the reception for a room with a nice view and she gave it to me. She was very helpful. When I checking out, they gave me voucher with some discount for my next booking. Simply, they were awesome. Even when needed a taxi the staff provided good service. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Very helpful lady in business centre who will print boarding passes for return flights. Covered swimming pool so kids will not get sunburnt. There were ample TV channels and parking was availble during the day. At night time parking was full but the hotel staff took our keys and parked for us and gave us the keys in the morning. We liked the dinner order to the room. By taxi or bus you can get to the beach in 15 minutes. Nearby there is the shopping center and currency exchange.

  I liked my stay in this hotel suite as it is close to Dubai and it is luxurious and good for family. it is close to the sharjah old souq and shopping souqs. - i like the hall and bed room......nice place to stay with lots of friends..easy excess.

The apartment is clean and comfortable - It was very clean and value for money. The staff also were friendly and helpful.
