  We only stayed for two nights but in that time the staff made an impression that will last with us. From the first interaction until the last the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and accommodating. We didn't use the restaurant however we did use room service and the food was great. The room service was great. They were fast to serving me. The massage treatment I got was great. Also, I had another appointment in the spa and then I cancelled my reservation, generously they didn't charge me a penny.   The staff were very attentive and supportive. They will go out of their way to make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied.   The amount of space in the apartment was fantastic , the beds where very comfortable . The pool area lovely and quiet which was a bonus . The staff where very accommodating , allowed us to checkin early which was great as we arrived at the hotel at 09:00am and checkin was from 2pm, we had a room by 10:30.
