I liked the location, Staff was very friendly and overall it was an average experience. I hope my comments don't harm anyone but help to improve so that there is nothing to be written in the red box when I stay next time in "FCCG" (Insha Allah) and thank you for asking for my comments. Quiet and remote feeling desert resort, on the water. The location feels as if you are hundreds of kilometers from anywhere, without actually being far away from services or transportation. The area is great for cycling, hiking, and watersports.
所有评语 » The whole environment is amazing and always .My family and I loved the swimming pool and the service there. Location is very quiet Interior Design. In general was good. We spent our 2 days taking a nap under the tress listening to birds singing. beach was amazing sport activities were good. We got the diplomatic suite as we needed two bedrooms. The suite was enormous so can potentially work for large groups. We stayed in a Diplomatic Suite and it's spacious. Parking Beach Gym. nothing bad hotel. Food menu was very poor in all the 3 meals, if some thing expired one had to ask somebody to bring more otherwise nobody was there to take care even the plates one had to request. Plastic chairs and tables in the beach garden are broken and need to be replaced. Limited (but pretty good) restaurant options. A bit pricy for the numberof guests they appeared to have. I saw maybe 15 people in the hotel. I was there during Ramadan, so this may not be normal. The thing that i really didn't like this time was the service inside the Hotel... it took them a long time in order to provide us with bathing Shampoo and other accessories which should be there and sufficient for a family from the moment we chcked in. Swimming pool not temperature controlled No enough chairs in the beach and swimming pool area. TV sport Chanels not available. too quiet...too boring...too bland... too much is too much... very dark in night no activities in night such as performances in the lobby. Gave us wrong suites & didnt discount for that & put the blame on letsbookhotel.com. The suite and hotel was of poor quality generally. The hotel is far from Abu Dhabi and from Dubai, so location is the worst possible. They advertise a beach, pool etc but this is extremely poor, so much so that we decided not to use any of it. Staff hardly speek english food is terrible, they did not even serve bread on the only available food outlet for lunch which was on the swimming pool over priced for the facilities and services some of the facilities listed on the web site and on letsbookhotel.com don't even exist (E.g mini golf) some of the available facilities are fully booked for weeks ahead (E.G. paintball) bad bad bad. No free wi-fi. Poor housekeeping. Be sure to get your room in the main building not in bungalow for your money. Unreasonable price for meals. I booked the room and I was given option to upgrade, the reason I visited was to go for Ibiza Merlin but I think I should have booked the Jazira resort as the difference was bare minimal . I upgraded the room and still I got a terrible room . It seems like a haunted place. Becouse the room is not in the hotel its outside the hotel they are just making money.
