Really nice hotel
The movies selection at the Business Center are limited and seen before.
it was a very nice 5 star hotel, which was absolutely worth any penny paid! nice environment, just behind Burj Dubai, nice and quiet, brand new hotel, nice interior design, good location, nice staff and lots of facilities in and out of hotel.
no coffee maker in the room, but learned later you could get one on request! so next time better!
Everything is at best
Service was outstanding - far better than five star hotels in Australia. Room was a great size with excellent facilities. The pool was divine and the whole hotel ambience contributed to a fantastic stay.

Beautifully appointed room in the executive wing. Access to theExecutive lounge and business center was a nice perk. The gym has goodequipment. The mall is a few steps away and has bars, restaurants,grocery, pharmacy,coffee shops.
There is construction in the neighbourhood that started up at 6:30am.When that is finished the place will be perfect.
1- The relaxtion environment that hotel is providing. 2- The place of the hotel, which it's near to Al Bahar Shopping Mall and it's near from many touries distenations.

difficult to get a coke or any service by the pool ,no bar facility for an 5 star international hotel during daylight hours (Ramadan) as we read before we left home " luxury surrounded by a building site" which applies to most of Dubai.but dont let this put you off its fab.
the orient style
we actually upgraded to a suite and it was very spacious, nice and clean.
there was alot of construction going on around the hotel so that was a bit of a discomfort.
The warm welcome from the hotel staff and also the old charming atmosphere

Every think perfect
Great location, close to Dubai Mall and easy to get around centralDubai. The hotel itself was great, very quiet, fabulously comfortablebed and wonderful service.
The location and the price
services / facilities even its 5 stars hotel the facilities was poor (no coffee maker no iron....) The check in time is 15:00 but I get my rooms at 19:00

The bed and the shower were amazing.
The fact that I only could check into my room at 18.00 was very anoying. It is also not mentioned that there is a massive, noisy building site next door. Taxi were never available and it took ages to call one.
