very good staff and service. i came in the early morning and i thought i have to wait for long time to get the room. since there were an early check out,without charging me they gave me an early check in.such a lovely staff.always smiling.good rooms and NO NOISE of construction.i had a very nice time from the concierge.they send me the safari and it was wonderful.family really enjoyed.superb hotel - Iqbal

proper hotel in best location.mall of emirate and dubai mall is very near. i went to global village. very near.best place for shopping. i will come back on Dubai shopping festival.very nice room and service.keep it up guys. and i will really recommend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. even rate was very good. to get like this rate in high season is very difficult. but STAR METRO did it. - Anonymous

Most excellent hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Extremely first-class service and impression was very good. Staffs are very all set tolend a hand and smiling all the time. Service, service, service. This comes first when I think of this hotel.I am very happy to go back to this hotel. Team are very high-quality.Ideal location. Mall is right in front of you. Lots of restaurants arearound. Effortless to go for the exhibition. Taxis are on your doorsteps. You need to tell them prior if you want a taxi. Awe-inspiring hotel which I have seen. Extremely gigantic rooms. Complete kitchen utensils. King size bed and employees are perfect. Always serving us whenever we desire. The rates around this hotel in the other hotels are too expensive. But this hotel with this kind of outstanding service and facilities like 5 star hotel, rates are also affordable. the rooms are very huge with balconies and also hae sofa cum bed. such a fantastic hotel. the hotels around them are not even good service or have this quality what star metro has. i had a look of all the other hotels around. this is the best hotel with very good service.even small issues actions are taken properly.congrats for the team to make my stay happy. - Anonymous

Lovely hotel apartment.better than 5 star hotel with 5star facilities.Roomservice 24hrs,room cleaning 24 hrs,security and reception 24hrsincluding the concierge team. I didnt expect from this hotel thisexcellent service.each and everything is taken care by the team. Goodmanagement especially front office.will go again - Sad
