Booked 15 days earlier but on arrival at 00.30 am room was not ready. Relocated to another hotel for the night. The day after relocated to our hotel but got a stinky smoking room (310 the only available) couldn't sleep all night with our baby. The day after, new room but very noisy near the reception hall and the entrance door (401).
Cleanliness of my room.
1- the breakfast was a really small buffet 2- the pool was too smalland wasn't clean well. 3- the checkout is at 12:00 - 1:00 oclockit's relatively early 4- no local bar 5- too much noise in themidnight because of the traffic caused by this local restaurantnamed " ali baba "
Was very close to beach and it is a beautiful beach. Hotel is in goodlocation, not too far from airport or the other sights such asMarina/Burj Al Arab/Waterpark.
Our room was clean but the pool was filthy and in desperate need ofrepair,it was also not cooled like most pools in Dubai hotels and so itwas extremely uncomfortable having no where to cool off in that heat.Thesauna/turkish bath were not working. The hotel is Predominantly used bylocals, smoking fruit pipes and is a Lebanese/Moroccan hotel serving onlyasian cuisine-none of this was mentioned.
The conditions of the hotel was almost impossible to live in, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, and the swimming pool had major filtration problems.
