we booke an appartment and because of flights arrived about 4am, your staff were fantastic and because our appartment was not ready as check in was not until 2pm they rang round and found another appartment for us and took us to it. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the rooms are better than the photographs suggest. Peace and tranqulity. Staff easy response to enquiries and services.

The apartment was spacious, and fully equipped. comfort. very comfortable place to stay short time. Apartments was very good. The furnishing and decor in the room was veryfresh and modern. Clean, stylish and comfortable rooms. Excellent location near Mall of the Emirates however still in the middle of a building site no roads or pavements although it said a 10 minute walk still had to take a taxi. spacious, modern, new apartment, location close to Mall of the Emirates. New construction, furniture, and equipment. location near emirate mall, and freindly staff, internet connection.COMFORTABLE PLACE and IT'S NEAR THE EMIRETS MALL. clean rooms and furniture, quiet no noise, they have gym and swimming pool, the location is soo good, there is a grocery downstairs,. the location. Hotel was clean and very close to the moe. It's location near to emairtes mole and sea shore. the appartment was very nice but the location was not very good at all we felt as if we were on a building site.It would be better if the road reached the hotel. Lack of TV in the bedrooms. I asked for extra four pillows for me and my family but they said there was only 2 in stock...some people are not comfortable sleeping on one pillow so there should always be enough to provide. I would have scored it excellent on comfort but the marble, concrete and tiles in the corridors and apartment made it a little noisy, but not a real concern.No food services. the entrance of the road going to the hotel is very bad. We found it difficult to find it because the streets are not properly marked yet. Couch and carpet had cigarette burns would prefer no smoking policy throughout the hotel. Two pillows might have been better.Kitchen had no teatowel, dishwashing liquid, no coffee or teapot. Dirt roads around the hotel.Inside the apartmenet, no drinking water was provided. you have to go out and buy from the nearest store. the constuction work on surrounding area, walk to and from the mall is difficult with children due to construction work, no side walk and speeding cars make it dangrous to cross streets to the mall.Construction works started outside of the bedroom window every morning 7 am... service so bad and slow,room clean service is bad, they don't have wireless internet service, they dont have enough extra beds. Fair staff, internet was not working during the whole stay, some minorissues in the apartment... the keys of the inside rooms were not given, also, the noise of air condation was so loud, outside noise also loud, no view at all...It did not give me the feel as a safe place.
